Тепляшин Александр Сергеевич – пластический хирург,
доктор медицинских наук, профессор, врач-хирург высшей квалификационной категории, сертифицированный член Российского общества реконструктивных, эстетических и пластических хирургов (ОПРЭХ), активный участник и докладчик международных и всероссийских съездов, конгрессов, конференций и симпозиумов.
Окончил лечебный факультет первого Медицинского Института имени Сеченова И.М. Москвы в 1983 году по специальности «хирургия». Проходил Ординатуру в 4 Главном Управлении Минздрава СССР на базе 1-ой хирургической кафедры ЦОЛИУВ Городской Клинической Больницы имени Боткина С.П. в Москве, там и начал работу над кандидатской диссертацией.
Александр Сергеевич Тепляшин работал врачом-хирургом в Московской ГКБ имени Боткина С 1985 по 1990 годы. Совмещая работу в клинике с научной деятельностью, Тепляшин старался как можно подробнее вникать в аспект работы, нарабатывая опыт. После защиты диссертации кандидата медицинских наук, посвященную сочетанию мочекаменной и желчнокаменной болезней: вопросы патогенеза и этиологии, диагностики, клиника, лечение получил уважение коллег и стал востребованным врачом. Выполнил огромное количество хирургических операций и на практике овладео навыками реаниматологии и интенсивной терапии в реанимационном отделении.
Два года (1990 по 1992 год) работал пластическим хирургом в Институте Красоты Москвы, где и осваивал методы эстетической хирургии, проводя операции на носу, груди, теле и лице. Затем получил должность заведующего отделением пластической эстетической хирургии при Научном Центре Гипербарической оксигенации на базе Академии Медицинских Наук СССР, где и проработал с 1992 по 1993 г.
Примерно в это же время начал изучать статистику использования силиконовых и физрастворных имплантов, производимых Россией и США. Проводил первые в мире операции операции у больных диабетом в барокамере, что способствовало улучшению заживления.
Является основателем клиники пластической хирургии и гипербарической косметологии. В России одним из первых начал использовать биологические имплантаты молочной железы.
Проходил стажировку в Медицинском Университете Бельгии (г. Геит)ии по эндоскопической хирургии носа и лица. В 2008 году пластический хирург Александр Сергеевич Тепляшин разработал и внедрил в клиническую практику современную концепцию минимального эндоскопического доступа.
