Был руководителем отделения пластической хирургии Московского центра косметологии и хирургии «Лантан»,а потом затем клиники пластической и эндоскопической хирургии на базе больницы № 1 Управления Делами Президента РФ. Работал он и пластическим хирургом в нескольких частных клиниках пластической хирургии.
Сейчас является руководителем собственной клиники и создателем послеоперационной и омолаживающей косметики «Dr. Shihirman», которая стала победителем Всероссийской премии в области красоты и здоровья «Грация» в номинации «Лучшая линия профессиональной косметики» в 2006 году.
